We make your garment after you order, in our Brisbane factory. Made to order (MTO) allows us to offer you a full size range on every garment and it allows us to offer many different styles and designs for you to choose from. It does take a little longer.
We currently batch all orders on Tuesday and dispatch 2 to 3 weeks later. Depending on when you order you will wait from 7 to 21 days for us to dispatch. You will notice when you select your size that it will either say in stock or made to order.
If you have an event that is less than 4 weeks away please email us on [email protected] to check the expected dispatch date.
We keep a small range of stocked items in popular styles and sizes, and these are dispatched within 24 hours.
Any standard design without customization can be returned whether it is a stock item or a made to order item. All we ask is that the garment is unused and in a saleable condition.
There is a filter on the top left of the category page. It looks like a funnel. If you click it you can filter products by category, by price, by colour, by size and by availability. If you want to know what is in stock: Tick your size and then under Availability, tick "Stock - nesxt day Dispatch" and you will be presented with garments in stock for your size. For example select Men or women from the main menus and then filter so that you are presented with a short list of products.
Think about the size that you most commonly order when you buy a cotton T shirt and use this as a reasonableness check.
Always check our size chart if you have not ordered that style before. The size chart requires you to measure your, chest, waist, hip, and height. Ideally your measurement should be in the centre of the range for that size.
If you have measurements at the bottom or top of the range decide whether you want the garment to be tighter or looser and consider going up or down.
If you are taller than the maximum height for a size, consider moving up a size.

We dispatch from Brisbane by Australia Post. Transit time will depend on where you live and whether you have selected express post or standard post. Express post to capital cities within Australia is normally 1 to 2 days and standard post is 3 to 5 days. If you live outside a capital city, it takes longer.
If you have ordered a stocked item, it will be dispatched in 24 hours. If you have ordered a style which is made to order it will be dispatched in 2 to 3 weeks.
If you have ordered in a private shop, please check the shop tile for dispatch date.
We manufacture in Brisbane Australia and most products are made there.
Non-sale garments in a standard design without customisation can be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase. If you don’t love it, return it. All we ask is that the garment is unused and in a saleable condition.
We refund rather than exchange. You may then order a different size or a different style.
If you return a sale item we are happy to provide you with a credit on the return which can then be applied on the purchase of a new garment.
You may return both stock and made to order garments without customisation
At SCODY we try and do the right thing.
Where possible we use recycled yarns. Our polyester waste is sent for processing into polyester feedstock. We use natural light where possible. Our power is largely generated by our own solar and we only use LED for lighting. We have all but eliminated plastic from our business. Our business model is made to order and there is very little pre-consumer waste.
Our waste is separated and recycled where possible.
SCODY is a manufacturer not a garment alteration business, but we do care for our customers.
If you crash and damage your garment within 12 months of purchase, we will give you a 50% discount on the replacement garment.
If a zip fails within 12 months of purchase, please send the garment back and we will replace the zip.
If there is anything else wrong with the garment that is not caused by misuse, accident or wear we will repair it or replace it as long as it is within 12 months of purchase.

Avoid repetitive rubbing against rough surfaces where possible.
Avoid laundry softeners, sunscreen, chlorine and other chemicals.
When using sunscreen limit the amount of sunscreen applied to the skin under the garment. Most fabrics that we use are sun safe.
If exposed to chlorine, rinse immediately and wash with gentle detergent as soon as you can. Chlorine will damage the spandex in any garment and over time this damage will become more evident.
Wash on cold with a gentle detergent and hang up to dry in a ventilated place without direct sun light. Don’t use a dryer.

We make the exact garments ordered immediately after the shop closes. Changes to your order are not possible after the close date and you may not cancel your order after the close date.
Private shops are a custom order and there are no exchanges or refunds.
Please double check your order to make sure the garments and sizes are exactly as you want.
