Your Order Process

Deal with your own allocated Account Manager for assistance with pricing, design, and sizing. Your account manager will work with you to determine the best garment to suit your needs and provide a free quote.
Our design team will help you turn your ideas into fantastic garments that make you and your team look good and feel good. Your dedicated Account Manager and design team will walk you through the design process to create unique garments that reflect your requirements.
Sizing between different manufacturers varies widely. Unless you have worn one of our garments before or can try the garment on there is a chance that you will order the wrong size. For this reason, we are happy to send sample garments to customers ordering custom garments so that all team members can try the garments before finalising sizes.
When you are happy with your design, quantity, and sizing, place your order with us. If you're ordering for your team we also have our team Private Shops available where we collate the orders, collect payment and distribute the garments for you.
It takes us up to 6 weeks from order confirmation to produce your high-quality garments. If you need your order sooner, your Account Manager will work with your to explore express options.
We deliver on time, every time and we guarantee our work. We have a number of delivery options including bulk delivery, courier and individual dispatch. All orders are shipped from our factory in West End and personally checked by our staff for quality assurance.
