SCODY REWARDS - Terms and Conditions

The SCODY Rewards Program is a part of the loyalty programs of SCODY Pty Ltd.

By registering an online account you are automatically enrolled in the SCODY Rewards Program and you agree that these Terms and Conditions will apply to you.

Questions

1. Who can enjoy the benefits of the SCODY Rewards Program?

Any individual aged 16 years or over with a delivery address in Australia, New Zealand or USA can enjoy Rewards.

2. How do I enrol in the SCODY Rewards Program and does it cost anything?

By registering an online account and accepting these terms and conditions you are automatically enrolled in the SCODY Rewards Program It is free to be enrolled in the SCODY Rewards Program. Participation in some Member Benefits may require the purchase of products.

3. What are Member Benefits?

Member Benefits are points which can be used towards purchasing products on the SCODY website and personalised offers which are exclusive to you.

4. What exclusions apply to Member Benefits?

As Member Benefits are personal to you, they cannot be transferred to or used by any other person.

5. How do I earn points?

When completing a purchase online, please ensure that you have signed into your online account before completing the purchase.

When you refer friends to SCODY please do it from your member account on the SCODY website. When your friends purchase products, you will receive points. You will earn points when your friend creates an account and makes a purchase. You only earn points on their first purchase.

When you accept the referral from a friend or a voucher from a friend you can earn points and your referring friend can earn points. Please be aware that if you accept a voucher or referral from a friend, they will see a summary of your purchases in their account.

Complete challenges emailed to you each week and you will receive the points value for that challenge as noted in the email.

6. How many points can I earn and how much are they worth

Please refer to your account on our website to see the points earning rate on purchases and referrals and refer to the “convert into vouchers” tab under “my rewards” to see the dollar value of your rewards. We will let you know how many points you can earn for challenges when we issue the challenge.

7. Are their different tiers of membership

We currently have the following tiers of membership:

Members – simply make an account on our website and accept these terms and conditions

Champions - You will become a Champion if you complete 4 challenges in an 8-week period. If you don’t complete at least 1 challenge in 8 weeks you will revert to ordinary membership. Champions earn rewards faster.

Professional Athletes – professional athletes may apply for annual sign on bonusses.

8. How do I cancel my enrolment in SCODY Rewards

If you would like to cancel your enrolment in SCODY Rewards, please delete your account on the website.

9. How does SCODY collect, use and disclose my personal information?

SCODY will collect, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the SCODY Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy, which form part of these T&Cs).

If you accept a referral from a friend, you specifically consent to us sharing a summary of your purchases with your referring friend. We need to do this so that there is transparency on the quantity of points they earn as a result of your purchase.

10. What are my rights to opt in or opt out of marketing communications?

You agree that SCODY may send you direct marketing communications and tailored advertising via various channels and media (including by email, SMS, phone, mail, or via ads on social media) where you have not opted out.

You may opt-out of receiving direct marketing communications by modifying your communication preferences on your Online account or by using the opt-out/unsubscribe facility we provide in our communications.

If you have any questions about how to opt-out or unsubscribe please contact us.

Regardless of whether you opt out of any and/or all marketing communications, you consent to still receive service based communications relating to your membership, including changes to these T&Cs and/or, the Privacy Policy, account transactions or important information relating to products you have purchased.

11. What are my responsibilities in relation to the SCODY Rewards Program?

Please keep your personal details updated by amending your SCODY online account. If you don’t keep your personal details up to date, we may not be able to provide you with your Member Benefits.

Please treat your SCODY online account password as your confidential information. You must take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised use or access to your online account and information about your SCODY Rewards membership, including your account password. This includes that you must not use a password for your SCODY online account which you have used for any other of your other online accounts. You acknowledge that unauthorised access to your SCODY Online account and personal information may occur if you do not take these steps.

Any tax, liability, or duty incurred by you arising from your participation in the SCODY Rewards program is your responsibility.

12. Can SCODY change or terminate these Terms and Conditions?

Yes. SCODY may change, suspend or terminate these Terms and Conditions or the SCODY Rewards program at any time.

Where we change the Terms and Conditions, you will be notified of the change and a copy of the revised Terms and Conditions will be available on our website

If you continue to use your SCODY online account or seek to access or use any Member Benefits, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms and Conditions.

13. What restrictions apply to Member Points?

Member Points:

Expire 365 days after the day they were allocated to your account

May only be used to obtain a discount against product on the SCODY website

may only be earned and used for personal use.

are personal to you and, unless we notify you otherwise, cannot be transferred to anyone else; and

cannot be exchanged for value or refunded

14. What are SCODY’s rights in relation to the SCODY Rewards program?

SCODY’s may specify exclusions and conditions (for example qualifying spend and offer duration) for any Member Benefits and we may change these from time to time, including during the duration of a Member Benefit offer.

SCODY may reverse (i.e. debit) any Member Benefits which have been allocated (i.e. credited) to you if:

you have returned the goods or you have been refunded for the goods in respect of which those Member Benefits were earned; or

there are any other grounds which we consider, in our reasonable discretion, justify a reversal (for instance, if the Member Benefits were allocated to you by mistake (including by reason of our error) or if you earned them by misusing an offer, or through fraudulent means).

SCODY’s reserves the right at any time without notice to:

reverse any Member Benefits;

change member tiers; or

cancel or terminate your SCODY Rewards; or

terminate the SCODY Rewards program.

You agree that, except to the extent that these Terms and Conditions expressly provide otherwise, SCODY’s does not need to notify you in advance or give you any reasons, about any action we take concerning your SCODY Rewards membership.

15. What is SCODY’s liability in relation to the SCODY Rewards and the SCODY Rewards program?

You acknowledge and agree that there may be:

delay in issuing you with, or non-issue to you of, any Member Benefits;

acts, errors or omissions by us in the course of providing Member Benefits (including as referred to in these Terms and Conditions);

a suspension and/or termination of the SCODY Rewards program,

and, to the maximum extent permitted by law (and provided that nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law), SCODY will not be liable to you in any way for any cause in connection with such matters, including for any unused Member Benefits at the time of termination of your membership.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
