1. WHAT YOU NEED
You will need both a png or jpg image file of you logo AND a vector file of your logo which includes .eps and .ai files.
- The png or jpg image is used to show you what the suit will look like
- The eps and ai files are loaded so that we can produce the best quality garment possible. Producing garments from jpegs can result in a white background behind the image and/or pixelated images.
2. HOW TO USE
1. Click in the field you wish to add a logo or text to.
2. Use the buttons to the right of the image to upload your own image or text. You will have to click the tick button to apply the text. For ITU suits, your name and country will automatically appear on the front and back when you add it to one side. You are also able to have different text on different sides.
3. For images, you select the correct place on the garment and browse and upload the jpeg/png and then upload the vector file of that image. An option to upload a vector will appear on the right after you have added an image to the position you want. Where you are uploading multiple logos make sure you check that your vector files are loaded into the correct logo positions.
4. Once you are finished adding text and logos, select your size and quantity and add to check out.
3. GENERAL INFORMATION
Pricing. You will note that the price of the garment increases with each text block or image loaded. Your garment is made from scratch and each change to the standard garment requires input from our design and manufacturing team.
Available positions. Some parts of this garment are not available for text or logos. The available positions are designated by a box on the garment.
Getting the best results. Choosing best position for logo: If your logo is a dark colour then it may not be seen very well if the garment panel you are positioning it onto is also a darker colour. The same applies to positioning a lighter logo onto a lighter background. If your logo is to be placed across a zip, small font size may result in the text not being visible.

4. Images
- We use high technology digital sublimation in our process and require true vector format files to provide the best results. Please make sure that you have attached a true vector file in addition to uploading the jpeg for the proof. True vector formats enable our team to match colour precisely and to resize logo to best fit available space with no image degradation. We are able to ensure that the strict ITU logo sizing regulations are met.
- The vector file must have been created within Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw. .cdr, .eps, .ai, or .pdf file extensions are fine as long as they have been created within AI or Corel Draw. You cannot create a true vector file by saving an existing image in a different format.
- If you provide a non vector file such as a scanned image or a .jpg, your logo will become pixellated and or blurry when being resized to fit the available space, your logo will also always have a white box background and we will not be able to match colours with any precision.
No Refunds or Returns. This garment is being made and personalised for you and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- It is up to you to provide the latest version of logos in the correct format. If you do not, you are accepting the risk that the the logo owner may reject the final product or that the image may not be sharp and clear (we will use the images provided to the best of our ability but will not be able to overcome the issues associated with poor image quality.)
- Please make sure you use our size chart to choose your correct size.
- It is a condition of use of our Customise Product service that you have authorisation to use the logo from the logo owner.
- The onus is on you to verify that your images are in the best position before you go ahead and order your garment. Production commences once the order is placed - there is no opportunity to request a proof beyond the one you already have or to request changes after the order is placed.
Changing Suit Colours. Please note any colour changes available through this module are simply depictions of how the colour will appear and not a precise colour match.
